Jennifer Simmons, BCBA, LBA

Jennifer leads all clinical operations at HappyHearts Haven with 15+ years of expertise in ABA therapy and EIDBI services. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst, she personally supervises every treatment plan and ensures the highest standard of care across all service areas.

Her work spans early intervention, school-age ABA, challenging behavior support, and comprehensive family training — with deep expertise serving Minnesota's East African and Latino communities.
